  Boat Slip - All accommodations include one boat slip, at the resort dockage, with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Gulf of Mexico. On-site trailer storage for guests only. Ramp located 0.3 miles away at Indian Mound Park. Water View - Each efficiency or home is waterfront or water view. Amenities - All units are fully furnished with complete kitchens (stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, etc.) cable TV, DVD/VCR, telephone, linens and towels. Non-Smoking, No Pets - All units are NON-SMOKING and pet free Laundry - Laundry Facilities are available at the resort. Minimum Stay - Two (2) Night stay. Holiday (3) Night stay. Deposit - One week or less requires one night deposit. Over one week requires 25% deposit with reservation and balance due at check-in Check In/Check Out - Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM -- Late check out subject to charge. Times subject to change based upon availability.
