Located adjacent to the resort dockage and facing directly onto Lemon Bay. With a large deck facing the bay, you've got a front seat to view all that this aquatic preserve has to offer.

The Baypoint is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath with a complete kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Central air conditioning and heat. Ceiling fans throughout. Linens & towels. As with all rentals, a boat slip at the resort dockage is included.

Sleeps 6 to 8 with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom (with attached private bath) and twin beds in the other two bedrooms. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room.
