By Air
Sarasota International Airport is a 45 minute drive north.
Tampa Bay International Airport is a 90 minute drive north.
Southwest Regional International Airport is a 90 minute drive to the south.

By Private Plane
Buchan Air Field is located 1.5 miles north of the resort.
This is a grass field with no facilities other than tie-downs.
Transportation provided upon request.

Venice Airport with full facilities (no tower) is located ten miles to the north.
This is the back up for Tampa International and can handle commercial jet aircraft.

By Car
Interstate 75 to exit #191 (formerly exit #34).
Head west on River Road 12 miles.

The name of the street changes to Dearborn Street. The resort is located 1.2 miles past the traffic signal at S.R. 776.

By Boat
The resort dock basin is limited to shallow draft vessels with lengths up to 23'. Located off of ICW 28 to Indian Mounds Park.
Berths maybe available at the Royal Palm Marina, located at marker 30.
The Royal Palm Marina is within walking distance of the resort. Buchan's Landing Resort is not affiliated with the Royal Palm Marina and as such, you will need to make your own arrangements. You may contact them at (941) 475-6882.
